As an Warehouse Executive/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and organized operations of the warehouse. Working closely with the management , you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse team will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

• 1. Coordination of the team configuration and warehouse operations to achieve Distribution Center target & objective

2. Ensure smooth operations of warehouse activities, interacting and cooperation with supporting departments such as customer service, planning, purchasing. Highlight discrepancy & expedite disposal.

3. Coordinate and arranging of waste /scrap items collected and arrange with scrap collectors for disposal

4. Conduct regular physical count for raw material and ensure the accuracy of inventory.

5. To assign and arrange location for storage of materials and ensure storage system is in place for easy of searching and kitting

6. Schedule Lot traveler for subordinates to kit and issue in time for production

7. Ensure materials and finished goods transactions in store update in SAP system correctly and accurately

8. Preparing packing list, Delivery order and invoices for finished goods to be delivered

9. Preparing monthly and annually custom ( LMW , no materials ) report for submission

10. Determine the FIFO system label code

11. Coordinate with logistics company for delivery and shipment issue and LMW , application and NC material return documentation

12. Maintenance and take lead of plant safety and security

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
