Responsibilities
️ SALES ADMIN
Bau, Sarawak
Job Scope:
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain customer records
• Manage filing, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate appointments
• Assist in preparing reports and office correspondence
• Support daily office operations and ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales or administration is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
