Job Summary:
ASCENCIO SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market presence for Hill’s Science Diet products. The ideal candidate is confident, sociable, and passionate about building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet shops, veterinary clinics, and distributors
• Promote and expand market presence of Hill’s Science Diet products
• Conduct sales visits and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights
• Travel outstation regularly to meet customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Must possess valid driving license and own transport
• Willing to travel outstation frequently
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Friendly, confident and sociable personality
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
