Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department/ CGT Manager on his daily job responsibilities. He would be responsible for the supervision of his staffs’ daily job responsibilities as well as in ensuring that all the machines are running on tip-top condition.

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent

OR

• Minimum of 2 years of similar or relevant working experience as Casino Technical Supervisor who equipped with sound technical knowledge and hands-on in repairing as well as trouble shooting on Slot Machines or related Electronic Gaming Machines.

• Familiar with Windows Servers, Database and Networking

• Familiar with the latest gaming technology

• Ability to perform second level of machine troubleshooting down to the PCB Electronic component level

• Ability to repair controllers, LCD, LED etc.

• Possess strong leadership, planning and managerial skills

• Ability in conducting Technical Training program to a Technical crew

• Familiar with major PC Application Software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Able to write report and recommend new idea for improvements
