Job description
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel equipment and facilities
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their work to maintain a well-functioning hotel infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or areas for improvement, taking prompt action to address them
- Collaborate with the engineering and housekeeping teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest experiences
- Monitor and analyses maintenance-related data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years experience at supervisory level, preferably with resort or hotel maintenance background
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents

( HIRARC/OSH) and follow the SOP RWA
