Job Requirement:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistic.
-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Warehouse Management/ Supply Chain/ Logistic.
-Proficient in MS Office Applications including Vlookup and Pivot Table in Excel.
-Able to handle manual physical work process in warehouse when necessary.
-Familiar with warehouse safety & precautions.

Behavioral requirement:
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Detail-oriented person.
-Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate to all levels locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control order picking, stocks in and out from warehouse to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals in warehouse as well at the Company’s branch.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
• Record and communicate all shortage issues with the relevant courier/ transportation services and departments.
• Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent shortages.
• Assist to supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations.
• Liaise with Thailand DC team and transportation companies as and when required in timely manner.
• Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfer with related departments.
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods including stocks, POP, etc.
• Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Preparing relevant monthly and weekly warehouse and stocks reports for the relevant department.
• Fulfill the administration task in warehouse including all the filings and documentations.
• Ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the warehouse.
• Assist E-Commerce team as when needed.
• Perform to any other task as and when required by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
