We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our growing team across creator marketing, e-commerce, and campaign operations. You will get hands-on exposure to real campaigns and brand-building work across our portfolio of personal care and fragrance brands.

• Manage and update product listings, shop decoration, product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the official website.

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify gaps and opportunities to improve overall e-commerce performance.

• Extract, monitor, and analyse online sales performance data including sales figures, traffic, and customer feedback.

• Improve automated customer service responses to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Service team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Logistics to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation.

• Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or TikTok Shop is an advantage.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when managing product listings and campaign setups.

• Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
