ABOUT THE ROLE

By Luxen is a PR, marketing, and brand consultancy based in Singapore. We work across digital strategy, content creation, social media management, and paid advertising for a growing portfolio of clients. This is a remote contract role for someone hungry to build real skills in a fast-moving, AI-integrated marketing environment.

You won't be doing admin. You'll be doing actual work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)

- Write captions, scripts, and copy for social posts, emails, and digital campaigns

- Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar

- Research trends, competitors, and content hooks relevant to client industries

- Assist with monthly reporting - analytics, performance summaries, and insights

- Support the team lead on client deliverables and campaign timelines

- Explore and apply AI tools to improve content output, speed, and quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Genuine interest in marketing, content, and digital media

- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

- Strong written communication in English

- Familiarity with at least one social media platform from a creator or business angle

- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (full training available)

- Willing to learn - fast

Fresh graduates welcome. Portfolio or examples of any creative work are a plus, not a requirement.

CONTRACT TERMS

- Type: Contract (renewable every 6 months)

- Hours: Output-based, with a minimum of 8 hours availability per working day

- Location: Fully remote (WFH)

- Working days: Monday to Friday

- Reporting to: Director / Senior Strategist

COMPENSATION

- Base retainer: [Amount] per month

- Upskilling allowance: [Amount] per month - dedicated to courses, tools, and certifications relevant to the role

- Performance bonus: Tied to KPIs (content output, campaign results, client satisfaction)

- Increment: 10-15% at contract renewal, subject to performance review

UPSKILLING & GROWTH

This isn't a dead-end contract. The upskilling allowance is real and structured - you're expected to use it. Examples of what you'll be supported to learn:

- Meta Blueprint (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

- Google Analytics and GA4

- TikTok Business Centre and TikTok Ads

- AI tools for content creation and automation

- Short-form video strategy and editing

- SEO fundamentals

Candidates who perform and grow have a clear path toward a Senior Executive or Account Executive title, with expanded scope and compensation to match.
