ROOM QUALITY COORDINATOR

MINIMUM DIPLOMA /DEGREE

SALARY PACKAGE : RM 2,100 - RM 2,300

LOCATION : Work in Genting Highlands & Stay in Genting Permai - Transport and Hostel provided

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claim.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

2. Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel, accommodation, short stay, or homestay industry is an advantage.

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

6. Must be able to work on shifts.

7. Must be able to work 6 days per week (off day on weekdays).

8. Must be able to stay and work in Genting Highlands (hostel provided).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily room quality audits based on room check-in lists before guest arrival based on standard room audit checklist.

2. Prepare room quality incident reports for guest complaints or room-related issues.

3. Provide administration and coordination support to Reservations and Operations teams.

4. Assist in ensuring rooms are well-prepared and meet company quality standards before guest check-in.

5. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservation teams to resolve room quality matters effectively and efficiently

6. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or HOD.
