Project Location: Tenom, Sabah
Project Type: Dam Construction Project

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our project team in Tenom. The successful candidate will be involved in geotechnical investigations, site supervision, slope assessment, foundation evaluation, and coordination of geotechnical works for a major dam construction project.

• Carry out geotechnical site inspections and supervision works

• Monitor soil investigation, slope stabilization, and foundation activities

• Review and interpret geotechnical data, reports, and test results

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on technical matters

• Ensure site works comply with project specifications and safety requirements

• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in geotechnical or infrastructure projects

• Experience in dam, tunnel, slope, or earthworks projects will be an added advantage

• Able to work independently and under site-based conditions

• Good communication and report writing skills

• Able to converse in Mandarin is an advantage

• Full-time position

• Site-based in Tenom, Sabah
