Student Recruitment Agent / Education Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Agent to promote our academic programmes and assist prospective students in their educational journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, networking abilities, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their education and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the institution’s academic programmes through online and offline channels.
• Identify and recruit prospective students for diploma, degree, master’s, and professional programmes.
• Provide accurate information regarding programme structure, entry requirements, tuition fees, and study pathways.
• Conduct consultations and follow-ups with potential students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Assist students with application and registration processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, schools, colleges, and communities.
• Participate in education fairs, roadshows, briefings, and marketing events.
• Maintain proper records of student enquiries and recruitment activities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and monthly performance goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Experience in education consultancy, sales, marketing, or student recruitment is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
