Job Description:

• Coordinate medication fulfillment and parcel deliveries
• Ensure accuracy in packing, labeling, and dispatch processes
• Liaise with pharmacy branches and courier partners
• Track deliveries and follow up on delivery status
• Handle basic fulfillment-related inquiries
• Maintain proper fulfillment records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with fulfillment SOPs
• Support improvements to fulfillment workflows
• Escalate issues related to delays or discrepancies
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior in line with company direction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or pharmacy operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic IT and tracking system knowledge
• Good coordination and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
