Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery and related equipment to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Director and supports production by ensuring all machines are in safe and optimal working condition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of production machines.
• Dismantle, assemble, and replace machine parts as required.
• Repair, modify, and service mechanical components.
• Install and set up new production machines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in machine maintenance preferred.
• Forklift driving experience is an added advantage.
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings and perform hands-on repairs.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and support urgent maintenance tasks.
• Have personnel transport for supporting off-site activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Welding: 2 years (Required)
• AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)
