Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry
- Input and update data into the system accurately and timely
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Ensure all records are complete and up to date
2. Stock / Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
- Record stock in/out transactions
- Assist in stock count
- Coordinate with operations team on stock movement
- Report any discrepancies or shortages
3. Administrative Support
- Handle general admin tasks (emails, filing, document control)
- Assist in preparing purchase orders or delivery orders
- Support accounts/operations team when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word
- Experience in data entry or stock handling is an advantage.
- Familiar with SQL system
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to start work immediately within 1 week.
Working days & hours : Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
