Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry

  • Input and update data into the system accurately and timely
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Ensure all records are complete and up to date

2. Stock / Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
  • Record stock in/out transactions
  • Assist in stock count
  • Coordinate with operations team on stock movement
  • Report any discrepancies or shortages

3. Administrative Support

  • Handle general admin tasks (emails, filing, document control)
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders or delivery orders
  • Support accounts/operations team when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word
  • Experience in data entry or stock handling is an advantage.
  • Familiar with SQL system
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately within 1 week.

Working days & hours : Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
