TO BE STATIONED AT SITE SIPUTEH, BATU GAJAH PERAK

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Shall be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, etc.
• Prepare taking off/remeasurement, budget control, additional works quotation, update costing, and finalisation of accounts.
• Monitor on project quality and quantity, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action with project specification, requirements and drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Registered with BEM as Inspector of Works
• Minimum 5 years site experience with at least 2 years’ experience in supervision of roadwork
