JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Assisting the Management in the development and implementation/ improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinating and overseeing employee onboarding, training and development programmes.
• Handling employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory laws and regulations.
• Providing HR administrative support, such as processing payroll.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues.
• Any tasks assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENT :-

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis tools
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality wo
