About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kota Marudu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and accurate completion of all repair and maintenance tasks
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and adherence to industry standards
• Manage and optimise workshop workflow and productivity
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in the training and development of junior technicians and mechanics
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any client concerns or issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop or dealership
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and quality
