About the role

Join Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd' as a Sales Advisor in Kota Marudu Sabah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our top-quality motor vehicles. Your deep product knowledge and consultative approach will be key to helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying customer requirements through active listening and needs analysis
• Demonstrating vehicles and their features to prospective customers
• Negotiating sales prices and closing deals in a professional manner
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing and promotions
• Providing post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of vehicle features and specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Relevant sales qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
