Job Descriptions:

• Processing and recording Account Payable (AP) invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports.
• Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
• Providing support to the Finance team as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Account Payable (AP) role.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
