Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive FG Store Executive to manage day-to-day FG store operations, ensure accuracy in inventory processes, and maintain proper documentation in alignment with company procedures. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production and store teams, handle documentation efficiently, and provide excellent service to walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Maintain accurate record of finished goods inventory, performing regular stock count and cycle count.

2.      Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory, preventing overstocking or stockouts.

3.      Oversee the receiving, storage and dispatch of finished goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers or to distribution centers.

4.      Ensure proper packaging, labelling and documentation for shipments according to industry and regulatory standards.

5.      Ensure that the warehouse layout is optimized for easy access, safety and efficient movements of goods.

6.      Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance witrh safety and environmental regulations.

7.      Generate regular reports on inventory levels, shipments and warehouse performance for senior management.

8.      Review and maintain documentation related to Specs, FMEA, Quality System and etc.

9.      Supervise and train store staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance of store operations.

10.   Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes, reduce costs and improve service levels.

Education Level and Field of Study:

·      Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field.

Working Experience:

·      Min 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/finished goods/store operation, inventory control or logistics, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

·      Store & Warehouse Management

·      Familiarity with Audit process and ISO standards

·      Proficiency in inventory system such as ERP or SAP

Certification/ Licensing Requirements:

·      Charted Member of Logistics and Transportation *prefered
