Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from planning until execution stage
• Review and interpret engineering documents such as : GA Drawings, CSD, Wiring Diagrams, Datasheets
• Support engineering drawing review and revision activities
• Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and technical deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project planning using : Microsoft Project, Gantt Chart
• Ensure project activities comply with engineering standards and specifications
• Support technical discussions related to : Valves, Actuators, Instrument monitoring systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry
• Familiar with engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Knowledge in instrumentation and control systems will be an added advantage
• Experience handling vendors and project coordination
• Familiar with engineering standards related to valves, actuators, and instrumentation
• Hands-on experience in reviewing/revising engineering drawings is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel when required
