Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving semiconductor final test equipment to ensure stable production output, minimum downtime, and high equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
1) Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on final test handlers and testers.
2) Troubleshoot machine issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor systems
3) Support production during machine breakdowns and reduce equipment downtime
4) Monitor machine performance and ensure equipment is operating within specifications
5) Perform machine setup, conversion, calibration, and buy-off activities
6) Assist in machine improvement and yield enhancement activities
7) Coordinate with production, engineering, and vendors for issue resolution
8) Perform troubleshooting on handler communication, contact issues, and temperature-related problems
9) Follow SOP, 5S, and cleanroom practices
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or test environment preferred
Knowledge of semiconductor handlers, testers, and automation systems
Able to work in shift environment and support urgent breakdowns
Good teamwork and communication skills
