Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including workshops, art camps, competitions and college events to generate awareness and recruitment opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales activities alignment with business goals.
Implement assigned sales initiatives, including school fairs, talks, roadshows, and events, to meet market penetration goals. This may include local and outstation travel.
Organize and host informational sessions about our programs and career pathways to increase awareness and enhance brand recognition among target audiences.
Handle college or school visits and deliver presentations in relevant of the College’s courses, career opportunities and other relevant information.
Coordinate and promote college events, including info days, extended counselling, campus tours and etc.
2. Support and Relationship and Building
Handle walk-in and online inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert potential leads into enrolments.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, such as agents and school counsellors to support collaborative student recruitment projects.
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Sales driven, goal-oriented, mature, positive working attitude.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in both online and offline marketing and statistic.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay positive and quick adaptation in the work environment.
