We are a small, fun, and supportive team where everyone works closely together. You’ll have direct communication with your teammates, plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and hands-on guidance throughout your internship.

As an intern, you’ll be paired with a dedicated consultant who will guide and support you throughout your learning journey.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with a dedicated consultant throughout your internship.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry and different sectors, including IT, Retail, E-commerce, Services, F&B, and more.
• Learn and apply market research, talent sourcing, lead generation, search techniques, and talent mapping.
• Explore recruitment needs across Malaysia and the wider Asia region.
• Participate in candidate research, market mapping, and other recruitment-related projects.
• Gradually develop the confidence to work independently while receiving continuous guidance and support.

Who We’re Looking For

• Analytical, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Curious, driven, and motivated to learn.
• Eager to explore different industries and develop new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Degree holder/pursuing studies in Human Resources, Information Management, Business Management, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.

Internship Details

• Commencement: September 2026 onwards
• Minimum Commitment: 3 months
• Allowance: Internship allowance provided
