Job Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Prepare, maintain, and update employee records, HR reports, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist in organising and coordinating employee engagement activities, company events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.
• Assist the HR team with various tasks and projects as assigned.
• Undertake ad hoc HR tasks and responsibilities from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• A people person who enjoys interacting and communicating with others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
