Job Description

Responsibilities

Admin Assistant | Operations Role (Post-Exams Intake) | Business Operations & Professional Growth (Hiring This Week)

Operations Excellence | Professional Development | Real Business Exposure

We’re a young, ambitious team in the fast-paced financial services industry, focused on learning, growth, and high standards. You’ll receive guidance while being trusted to take initiative, share ideas, and gain hands-on experience in business operations.

If you’re organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, this role offers the opportunity to build practical skills in administration and operations.

Role Focus

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll help keep daily operations organized by managing schedules, information, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Data & Records: Handle data entry, records, and document organization.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Business Materials: Prepare reports, forms, presentations, and other documents.

  • Task Coordination: Follow up on tasks and keep deadlines on track.

  • Operations Support: Assist with events, internal activities, and general administrative needs.

What You'll Gain

  • Strong grounding in professional discipline, accountability, and structured communication

  • First-hand exposure to how high-performing operational teams function behind the scenes

  • Practical experience in execution excellence—translating instructions into accurate outcomes

  • Resume-relevant operational experience with clear, measurable outputs

  • Opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities based on consistency and performance

Who We Want

We are looking for highly reliable individuals who take ownership of their work and prioritise precision in execution.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and methodical in their approach

  • Responsive, proactive, and able to manage tasks with appropriate urgency

  • Clear, structured, and professional in communication

  • Comfortable working within defined systems, processes, and checklists

  • Consistent performers who value accuracy, reliability, and accountability

Previous administrative experience is not required. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the desire to contribute over prior experience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

As positions are limited, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
