About the Internship

Jauhar Psychology Center is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Occupational Therapy Intern to join our team. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience supporting occupational therapy and developmental programmes for children and individuals with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with occupational therapy activities and intervention programmes
• Support sensory integration and functional skills activities
• Assist with activities involving daily living skills and independence
• Support children with developmental needs, including ASD and ADHD
• Assist therapists during sessions and programmes
• Prepare therapy materials and activity resources
• Assist with documentation and basic administrative tasks
• Participate in team discussions and programme planning
• Maintain a professional, safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passionate about working with children and individuals with special needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
