KIX Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Singapore specialising in high-energy, instructor-led group workouts designed to make fitness effective, engaging and accessible.

As a growing fitness business, KIX is focused not only on delivering great classes, but also on strong customer service, smooth studio operations and building long-term relationships with our members.

We are looking for a Studio Operations Intern to support the daily running of KIX Fitness.

This is a hands-on role covering reception, customer service, WhatsApp enquiries, studio cleanliness and general operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

• Welcome and check in members and trial customers
• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
• Answer questions about classes, schedules, trials and packages
• Assist customers with class and trial bookings
• Follow up with trial customers and interested leads
• Handle basic customer service matters and escalate issues when necessary

Studio Operations

• Prepare the studio before classes
• Ensure equipment is properly arranged before and after each class
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Keep reception organised and presentable
• Monitor supplies and inform management when replenishment is required
• Support instructors and management with daily operational matters

Cleaning & Studio Upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness of the studio throughout the shift
• Wipe down equipment and high-touch areas
• Sweep/vacuum and mop floors when required
• Keep workout areas, reception, changing areas and toilets clean
• Regularly check the studio throughout the day and clean or organise areas when needed

Administrative Support

• Update attendance, trial and customer records
• Assist with simple data entry
• Follow up on outstanding customer matters
• Help coordinate schedules, promotions and studio activities
• Provide general administrative and operational support when required

Who We’re Looking For

• Responsible and punctual
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
• Able to write clear and professional WhatsApp replies
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Organised and attentive to detail
• Willing to clean and perform hands-on studio duties
• Comfortable working in a fitness environment
• Interest in fitness, sports or hospitality is an advantage

You will gain practical experience in customer service, lead management, reception, fitness studio operations and the day-to-day running of a growing fitness business.
