About PLM
PLM is a construction interior fit-out company undergoing digital transformation. We're actively adopting AI across our operations from reporting and administration to project tracking and we're looking for an intern to be part of that build-out.

About the Role
You'll work directly on live AI projects that different departments actually use, not a side task or shadow assignment. This is a chance to see how a real company adopts AI end-to-end: identifying a problem, building a tool, testing it, and rolling it out.

What You'll Do

• Help build, test, and refine AI-powered tools and apps used across departments (reporting dashboards, workflow automation, tracking systems, etc.)
• Support the digitisation of manual processes — spotting where AI can save time or reduce errors
• Write simple documentation and how-to guides so other staff can use the tools you build
• Sit in on discussions with department heads to understand what they need, then help translate that into a working tool
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and improving tools already in use
• Support any ad-hoc AI-related requests across the company (data cleanup, prompt drafting, report automation, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic coding exposure (any language) — you don't need to be an expert, just comfortable learning
• Genuine interest in AI tools and how they can be applied practically
• Good problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
• Able to work independently once briefed, and comfortable asking questions
• Decent written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Nice to Have (not required)

• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools
• Any personal projects, portfolio, or coursework involving apps, automation, or AI
