Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
Position Title: Operations Executive
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic + $200 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize customer needs, promptly inform customers about any issues, and offer alternative solutions.
Manage daily operations for import/export procedures.
Coordinate shipments with domestic and international customers, airlines, carriers, subcontractors, agents, and truckers.
Collaborate with internal and external departments, carriers, forwarders, and agencies.
Efficiently prepare and execute import/export documents.
Monitor daily shipment and delivery requirements.
Handle export customs documents and operations.
Track and report on all import/export consignments.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
