• Assist and support the Department Head in maintaining all the culinary, organizational and administrative standards of the Pastry and Chocolate Kitchen.
• Maintain the culinary standards specific for the outlets. Ensure that culinary standards comply with the company requirement.
• Monitor and control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus and operating supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, staff and kitchen helper.
• Monitor the daily order from the outlets, (Kaffe 16 & Wonderland-Lot 10).
• Product or stocks for each outlet must be monitored and maintain, these includes cakes and pastries and Garnish.
• Workshop facilitation and host the workshop, providing engaging and informative instruction to participants of all ages, from children to adults.
• Clean up the work area after the workshop, ensuring that all equipment and materials are packed away securely and left in good condition.
