Job Application Posting: Position: E-Commerce Operations Intern Location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru Allowance: RM 800 – RM 1,200 / month Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM 【What You Will Learn & Experience】 Hands-on experience with multi-platform e-commerce operations. Product listing skills and digital visual placement strategies. Practical exposure to e-commerce dispute management and platform policies. Basic market research and competitive price analysis techniques. Full guidance and training provided by experienced mentors! 【Key Responsibilities】 Product Catalog Management: Assist in uploading designed product photos, videos, and listings across various e-commerce platforms. Market Monitoring: Help collect data on market pricing trends and competitor offerings. Platform Operations Support: Organize relevant photo and video evidence for regular platform dispute submissions and documentation. 【Requirements】 Basic knowledge of Excel and Canva (or similar basic design software). Eager to learn, positive attitude, and good attention to detail.
