Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
TO ASSIST THE PROJECT MANAGER IN THE OVERALL PLANNING, MONITORING & ORGANIZING ON THE PROJECT.
TO PLAN DAY-TO-DAY WORK PROGRAMME & OVERSEE OF THE PROJECT PROGRESS.
DAILY SITE ARRANGEMENT FOR MANPOWER & MACHINERIES.
TO LIAISE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS & ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF ALL WORKS ACCORDING TO QUALITY SPECIFICATION & WORK SCHEDULE.
TO EVALUATE & RESOLVE ANY DISCREPANCIES & PROBLEMS ARISING AT SITE (TECHNICAL MATTERS).
TO MANAGE, SUPERVISE & COORDINATE SITE WORKS & WORKERS.
TO SUPERVISE & ENSURE QUALITY OF WORKS ACHIEVED & TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
TO ENSURE WORKERS COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENT
WILLING TO HELP OUT IF SHORT OF MANPOWER
Requirement
Civil Engineer preferably that able to
registered with PE Board
Min 2 – 3 years’ experience in Singapore
Able to work under hot sun and fast faced environment
Those with general construction work or drafter design skills preferred
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer or related is a must
