Reports To: Boutique Manager / Store Supervisor

Internship Duration: 1 to 3 months (flexible) Working Hours: Based on retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays where applicable.

About the Role

Longchamp is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Intern to support our boutique operations and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury retail, customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and stock transfers.
• Support gift wrapping and packaging services.
• Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist with store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
