- We are willing to train and guide interns who come with an open mind, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.
- On-site Job in Georgetown, Penang
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related fields. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with the majority of Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Familiar with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 剪映, and AI tools is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing performance.
- Willing to be on screen.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM/AEO, email marketing, and online campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to optimise results and improve performance.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and 小红书 through content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Create marketing content including product photos, short videos, captions, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, SiteGiant, and other online channels, including product listing, updates, pricing, promotions, and sales support.
- Support online sales operations including order processing, packing, delivery coordination, and customer service when required.
- Assist in marketing activities, in-store promotions, pop-up events, live selling sessions, and special projects when required.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
