WAREHOUSE & SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN

Position Overview

The Warehouse & Supply Chain Intern will support day-to-day warehouse and supply chain activities, including purchasing and procurement, receiving of goods, inventory arrangement, packing and other logistics support. The intern will work closely with the Supply Chain Executive, Warehouse Supervisor, Sales and Marketing teams to support smooth and efficient procurement and supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchasing & Procurement Support

• Assist with purchasing and procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, including preparation and maintenance of procurement documentation.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules and outstanding orders under supervision.

2. Receiving of Goods & Stocks

• Assist the Warehouse Executive in receiving incoming stocks of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, including liaising with suppliers/vendors as required.
• Check quantities and product condition against delivery documents.
• Assist with physical stock counting and inventory checks when necessary.

3. Logistics, Order & Packing Support

• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating deliveries and logistics arrangements for customers, suppliers, distributors and relevant internal teams.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is recorded promptly and accurately.
• Assist with packing, repacking and preparation of stocks for delivery or other business activities, when required.

4. Reporting & Administration

• Monitor daily stock and inventory reports.
• Maintain proper filing of purchase, delivery, inventory and warehouse documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain and Warehouse team.

5. Compliance & Teamwork

• Work closely with Supply Chain Executive, Warehouse Supervisor, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Follow company procedures and instructions relating to warehouse, inventory and supply chain activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
