Working Hours:
9-5pm on Sunday only or weekdays

9-1pm / 1-5pm ( can choose to work half or full day)

Job Purpose:
To support the smooth delivery of daily programs and personalized care for seniors at GlowCare Club, ensuring clients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being through the Glow Method. The role focus on care coordination and client engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Support

• Assist in setting up, conducting, and cleaning up after activity sessions (cognitive, physical, social, and creative).
• Motivate and encourage clients to participate actively in daily programs.
• Observe clients’ responses and progress during sessions and report to the CM or therapist.

2. Care Coordination & Client Support

• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival; ensure comfort and readiness for daily activities.
• Monitor clients’ well-being, hygiene, safety, and mobility throughout the day.
• Support grooming, toileting, and feeding assistance when required.
• Coordinate with caregivers regarding attendance, health updates, and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance, meal, and observation records.
