Job description:

• Carry out repair and service of vehicles according to recommended repair and service standards.
• Diagnose and detect mechanical faults with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure repair and service jobs are performed within time frame indicated to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery to customer.
• Perform quality control check on vehicles to ensure service quality reflecting company brand image.
• Ensure proper care of customer vehicles and belongings.
• Proper usage and responsible for safekeeping of designated individual tools as provided.
• Comply with 5S practice, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workshop bay and individual tools cabinet at all times.
• Comply with all workshop safety standards for protections against accidents, hazardous fluid etc., including performing regular hoist inspection as per requirements and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of procedures of automotive repair and maintenance
• Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Able to use independent judgment to fix or proffer solution(s) to problem(s) in real time.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Innovative and ability to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
