Responsibilities
Job Description
Pack fresh, chilled and frozen food products according to production requirements and customer specifications.
Weigh and portion food products accurately according to the required product specifications.
Ensure products are properly packed, sealed and presented before transferring them to the designated storage area.
Operate basic packing equipment and machinery safely and correctly.
Assist with vacuum packing, sealing and other packing processes where required.
Follow daily production plans and complete assigned packing tasks within the required timeline.
Assist the Production team with other food processing activities when required.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in food production, food packing, meat processing or a related environment is an advantage.
Food Safety & Hygiene certification is preferred.
Able to understand and follow simple English instructions and SOPs.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods.
Able to lift and carry products/materials of approximately 10 kg.
Comfortable working in chilled/cold-room environments.
Willing to handle raw food products, including meat.
Able to commit two months till Mid of November
