osition: Outdoor Sales Representative (Commercial Electricity / B2B)

Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Contract

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Commitment: Minimum 2 to 3 days per week (Flexible scheduling)

Pay Rate: $12.00 – $15.00/hour (Based on experience and performance incentives)

Overview

We are looking for motivated, energetic Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our commercial electricity outreach team. In this role, you will engage local office businesses directly to introduce cost-effective electricity retailer plans and help them lower their operating utility costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct outdoor visits (door-to-door / walk-ins) to commercial offices and business premises.

• Introduce our competitive electricity retail packages to business owners, office managers, or decision-makers.

• Identify interest, collect basic utility bill details for comparison, and secure leads for retailer switching.

• Maintain a professional, polite, and confident brand presence during all interactions.

• Log daily outreach activities and report completed visits to the team supervisor.

Requirements

• Confident communicator with good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with outdoor, face-to-face outreach.

• Prior experience in direct sales, retail, flyer distribution, or customer service is an advantage (training provided for beginners).

• Ability to commit to at least 2–3 full weekdays per week (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
