Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relations Intern to support the clinic team.

As one of the first points of contact for clients, you will learn how to manage customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, assist with front desk operations, and create a positive experience throughout each client's visit.

This opportunity is suitable for students or individuals looking to gain practical experience in customer service, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or business operations.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer service, front desk operations, appointment coordination, and day-to-day clinic administration within the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised experience for every client
• Manage client consultations, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
• Understand clients’ aesthetic goals and guide them through suitable treatment options
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
• Support doctors and therapists by ensuring smooth client flow and communication
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and aftercare follow-ups with care and professionalism
• Attend to inbound calls from existing customers for appointment bookings, and proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule follow-up or new appointments.
• Support the team in handling customer feedback and service requests.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with customer records, administrative documentation and other daily operational tasks.
• Work closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and through digital platforms such as WhatsApp and social media.
• Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and assist others.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging clients and explaining services clearly
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
• Interest in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or self-care industry is an advantage.
• Able to commit to the required internship schedule.
