Part-Time Lecturer (English Programme) – University in Kajang

We are looking for part-time lecturers to join our September intake for our English Programme at a university in Kajang, Selangor. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about teaching and would like a flexible teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for English language courses.
• Prepare activities aligned with course objectives.
• Assess and provide feedback on student assignments and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
• Work collaboratively with programme coordinators and academic staff.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification in English, TESL, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at tertiary level or with adult learners is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to track student progress and meet academic deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms) is an advantage.
