ADMIN & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

* Handle daily administrative paperwork and filing.

* Prepare documents and maintain accurate records.

* Design simple marketing materials using Canva.

* Perform Quality Control (QC) inspections for used mobile phones.

* ⁠Assist with stock and inventory 

* Upload and manage product listings on marketplaces (Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

* Assist the sales team with online enquiries and product listings.

* Provide personal assistant support to the boss
