Native or fluent Bahasa Malaysia speaker and writer
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Familiar with Malaysian social media culture, conversations and vernacular
Able to adapt tone and writing style for different audiences and situations
Good understanding of how people communicate naturally across Malaysian social platforms
Good instinct for tone, context and fast-moving online conversations
Responsibilities
Develop engaging Bahasa Malaysia copy for social media and campaigns
Write in a natural Malaysian tone that connects with local audiences
Understand Malaysian street vernacular and everyday rider and driver language
Adapt copy for different audiences, platforms and situations
Respond quickly to current conversations and trending topics when required
Handle sensitive topics using appropriate and de-escalatory language
