RoboThink is a STEM edu-tainment company running robotics and coding programmes for students aged 4 to 15.

About the role

You are the face of the centre. You'll be the first person parents speak to, the one who keeps weekends running smoothly, and the one who makes sure instructors can focus on teaching instead of paperwork. After a couple of months in, you'll know our regular families by name, handle enquiries end to end , and keep the centre running with minimal supervision.

This is a customer-facing role in a busy environment. Weekends are our peak — that's when you'll be needed most.

What you'll do

• Handle walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp enquiries from parents, and follow up on leads until they book a trial class
• Manage class bookings, attendance, rescheduling, fee collection and student records
• Run the day-to-day operations of the centre: opening and closing, keeping the front area presentable, managing supplies
• Support instructors with class preparation, materials and administrative tasks
• Tell existing families about new programmes, holiday camps and competitions, and support marketing campaigns as they run
• Spot recurring parent complaints or friction points and raise them with your manager with suggested fixes

What we're looking for

Required:

• Fluent spoken and written English, ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Available to work weekends, and on public holidays during school holiday camps
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and picking up a new booking system
• Able to commute reliably to Subang Jaya
• Legally able to work in Malaysia

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role — retail, F&B, hospitality, admin, or another learning centre
• Comfortable around children aged 4 to 15

No prior STEM or robotics knowledge needed. We'll train you on our programmes and systems.

Pay: RM120.00 per day
