Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Non Trade Payable
- Data Entry to NAV System for non-trade invoicing & staff claim.
Others
- Follow up director signature on payment cheque
- Fill in the payee information on payment cheque to bank in.
- Filling invoices & payment voucher
- Photocopy bank in slip for well keeping purpose
- Email bank in slip to suppliers/PIC/staff
- Record monthly utilities bills received
- Prepare staff cash advance confirmation yearly
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
