HR Intern - Recruitment

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will create impactful experiences for client and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in recruitment activities: posting job advertisement on various platform

· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.

· Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

· Support in any assessments for candidates.

· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and database.

· Prepare onboarding documents and orientation activities.

· Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required by manager.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Internship period: 6 months to 12 months.

· Strong verbal and written communication skill.

· High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Familiar with Canva and social media platforms.

· Interested in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Employer Branding.

· Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
