Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist Manager in all Health & Safety initiatives and programs
• Participate in Health & Safety routine walkabout and inspections at Production floor.
• Liaise with relevant department members, authorities and agencies.
• Assist Safety Manager in administering and adhering to company safety, health policies and environmental policies.
• Assist in implementation of the any project safety program under the direction of superior.
• Stopping at once and reporting immediately to the superior of any violation or unsafe practice where there is imminent danger to life or property.
• Participate in training at safety meetings
• Assists in promoting safe work practices and safe working condition in accordance with all State, Federal, Local regulation and owner/contractual requirement.
• Assist in maintaining safety record, including training records, maintenance, incident investigations and etc.
• Assist and arrange several types of training such as Basic and Health Awareness, Emergency Plan.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Degree student in Safety & Health
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The minimum duration for the Internship is 6 months
• Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
