• Assist in Account Payable (AP) daily operations, including invoice verification, PO matching, and three-way matching (PO, GRN, and supplier invoice)>
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including sales invoice matching, customer payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in audit preparation by compiling supporting documents.
• Perform and hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team.

Job Requirements

• Candidates are currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
• Candidate with minimum 6 months (24 weeks) of internship is preferable
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft office
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
• MUST be able to communicate, read & write in Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
