Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.

Perform basic power wiring and cabling for CCTV equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Conduct troubleshooting of IP CCTV systems, identifying and resolving issues related to connectivity, video quality, and recording.

Gain foundational knowledge of IP networking principles to support CCTV system integration and network troubleshooting.

Participate in the installation and basic configuration of access control systems, including card readers and related hardware.

Collaborate with senior technicians to learn and execute system testing and commissioning procedures.

Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and inventory of CCTV and access control components.

Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with team members and potentially clients regarding technical issues and progress.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, during all on-site activities.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and troubleshooting techniques within the security systems domain.
